3. Pricing & Payment Terms

B2B Orders

• 50% advance is mandatory to initiate production.

• Remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.

• Orders may be withheld or cancelled in case of non-payment.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

Bambooraj reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order at its sole discretion

• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational limitations

In such cases, a refund (if applicable) will be processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bambooraj shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss arising from misuse of products

• Minor product variations due to natural materials

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
