Shipping & Delivery Policy – Bambooraj
Thank you for choosing Bambooraj. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned herein.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 (two) business days from the date of order confirmation and/or receipt of payment. Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen operational delays.
Bambooraj reserves the right to extend processing timelines in case of high demand, supply chain constraints, or any force majeure event.

2. Shipping & Logistics
Bambooraj engages third-party logistics partners for order fulfilment. Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the sole discretion of Bambooraj based on serviceability, cost, and operational efficiency.
We do not guarantee specific courier partners unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on location and logistics conditions.
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Bambooraj shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen disruptions

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery method. Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. B2B Orders & Payment Terms

For all bulk and B2B transactions:

  • A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is mandatory to initiate order processing and production.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be cleared prior to dispatch of the order.
  • Dispatch will not be initiated without full payment.
  • Tracking details will be shared only upon receipt of complete payment.
  • Bambooraj reserves the right to withhold or cancel orders in case of non-compliance with payment terms.

Sample Policy:
For evaluation purposes, sample products may be provided at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Upon confirmation of a bulk order, the cost difference between the sample price and the agreed bulk pricing shall be adjusted in the first confirmed order, subject to mutually agreed terms.

 Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems and may be delayed.

7. Risk & Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon handover to the logistics partner. Bambooraj shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit.

8. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Bambooraj shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery failures
  • Delays
  • Additional charges arising from incorrect address details

9. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
All applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges shall be borne solely by the recipient. Bambooraj holds no responsibility for customs clearance delays or charges.

10. Shipping Restrictions
Bambooraj reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipment to any location deemed non-serviceable or restricted by logistics partners or regulatory authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Bambooraj be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of shipping delays, loss, or delivery issues.

12. Modifications
Bambooraj reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall be applicable at all times.
