At Bambooraj, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging (including any essential packaging). You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for any damages or missing components. If the item meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Please note, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
